Aangan is a mobile app for property buyers and owners in India. It shows what official public records say about a property, with the source and the date of each fact. It keeps your property papers private and in one place, and shows what is missing.
What you can buy
Searching records and keeping your documents in the app are free. You pay only for these one-time services, ordered inside the app:

Government fees for documents vary by state and office. They are passed on at cost and shown, with the total, before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See refunds and cancellations.
What Aangan is not
Aangan is not a government authority. Its checks and summaries are information, not a legal opinion or a guarantee of title. Have an advocate review the documents before you buy, sell or lend against a property.
